It’s been too long since my last one of these! Lots of exciting things have happened in November including one of my besties visiting from NZ and having an amazing birthday. I wrote a whole birthday post which will be up in a couple of days. I’m also having a bit of a blog week this week, aiming to post every day until December! Now, onto the happy bits of November.
We joined the gym! I’ve been trying to get back into a healthy lifestyle, and so I’ve been on the lookout for effective supplements, like PhenQ, to see how it can help with my energy levels as well as my metabolism because I’m willing to do anything to help make exercising better to deal with. And although I was doing well with my running, I was wanting to do something a bit different. An Easygym opened down the road from us with a really cheap offer so we decided to just go for it. I haven’t been a gym member for a while so it’s been really enjoyable getting back into it. I know some real gym bunnies that go every day no matter what… intense! I think they make their own SARMs from this DIY sarms recipe. Whatever makes them happy.
Rekorderlig Winter Cider. We are definitely getting into Winter now which means one of my fave things, mulled cider! I’ve been having this at home, warmed with some orange. A festive delight!
Pubs with big warm fires. I think pubs are at their best in the cold weather, I just love going on a cold walk then ending up in a toasty pub with comfy chairs by the fire.
Spending some time in London town. I never get into central London enough as I don’t work there regularly, but I did have a course this month right by tower bridge. I love going into the city and taking some good snaps!
Starting my Christmas shopping. I’ve finally started as I usually like to stagger my present buying over two months. I’ve picked up 3 so far so definitely need to get thinking about what else to get people, let me know what awesome presents you guys are buying!
Jamie Oliver Everyday Superfood. I recently picked up this book and love it! It has really healthy recipes but not ones that require a whole heap of ingredients which you are never going to buy. The breakfasts especially are really delicious and I look forward to making a whole lot more of them.
Theatre. I went with the girls to see Katies show – Twenty Something, the Quarter Life Crisis cabaret and it was SO good. Honestly, haven’t had such a laugh in ages and she is sooo talented! I will be sure to let you guys know when she is putting another on as it is definitely worth going.
Instagram. I know this features on here regularly but I’m finally super happy with my instagram. Feel like I’ve finally found a sweet spot of growing my following but not having to spend way too long on it. Look out for another Instagram tips post in the pipeline!
Cross Stitching. We are off to Pauls sisters wedding at the weekend and I’ve been making a little something for it. I don’t want to share it on here yet but I’ll definitely instagram a pic soon.
Christmas planning. I’m REALLY excited for Christmas this year. I finish work on the 18th and my parents fly over from Aus, we then have Christmas in Manchester before then heading back to London and flying off to Gran Canaria for 10 days. It’s going to be awesome!
What has made you happy recently?
